Google Play Store မွာ “No Connection – Retry
ဆိုတာကိုေျဖရွင္းဖို.နည္းလမ္းမ်ား
ဒီျပသနာကေတာ.Android User အေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားႀကံဳဖူးႀကလိမ္.မယ္ထင္ပါတယ္..။ Play Store ကို ၀င္တဲ.အခါမွာ “No Connection – Retry” ဆိုတဲ. Error message ကို ပဲေတြ.ျပီး Play Store ကို ၀င္လို. မရတာကိုေပါ...။တစ္ျခား Application ေတြ ( Facebook / Chat / Browser )ေတြအား လံုးေကာင္းမြန္စြာ အလုပ္လုပ္ေနျပီး Play Store တစ္ခုထဲသာလွ်င္ ဝင္မရတဲ.ျပသနာေပါ..။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္. ဖုန္းမွာႀကံဳ လာတာနဲ. အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးေျဖရွင္းႀကည္.တယ္..။ဖုန္းကို Restart ခ်တယ္။ VPN / DNS Server ေတြ Change တယ္..။ Internet Connection ကို Wifi နဲ. Mobile Data Connection အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးေျပာင္း သံုးႀကည္.တယ္..။
①. Fix Date and Time Settings ဒီနည္းကေတာ. ၈၀% ေသခ်ာသေလာက္အဆင္ေျပမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္.။Settings > Date & Time ကိုသြားပါ..။Automatic date & time မွာ Check လုပ္ေပးထားလိုက္ပါ..။
②. Clear Google Play Store Data Android OS ေတြမွာ Google Play Store ကို၀င္တဲ. History/Cache ေတြကို သိမ္းဆည္းထားတတ္ပါ တယ္..။ ေနာက္တစ္ခါျပန္၀င္ခဲ.ရင္ Server နဲ. Device ကိုလြယ္ကူလွ်င္ျမန္စြာ ဆက္သြယ္နိုင္ေအာင္ ပါ..။ဒါကလဲ တစ္ခါတစ္ေလမွာ Connection error အတြက္ျဖစ္နိုင္ေခ်ရိွတဲ.ေနာက္ကြယ္က အေႀကာင္း အရင္းတစ္ရပ္ပါ Setting > Application manager > All သြားလိုက္ပါ..။Clear data button ကိုနွိပ္ပါ.။
③. Change or Re-login your Google account သင္.ရဲ. Google account password နဲ. Security Settings ေတြကို အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးေျပာင္းခဲ.မယ္ ခ်ိန္းခဲ.မယ္ ဆိုရင္ သင္.ရဲ. Android Device ေပၚမွာလည္း Update လုပ္ေပးဖို.လိုပါလိမ္.မယ္..။ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ တစ္ျခားအေကာင္. ကိုေျပာင္းလဲေပးနိုင္ပါတယ္..။Settinf > Account > Google ကိုသြားပါ..Remove Account ကိုနွိပ္ပါ..ပီးရင္ Play Store ကိုနွိပ္ပီး အေကာင္. Sign in ျပန္လုပ္ပါ..။
④. Uninstall update ကိုယ္.ရဲ. Device မွာ Auto update ထားခဲ.လွ်င္ Google Play Store က Update ေတြဟာ User Permission မရိွပဲေအာ္တိုခ်ိန္းသြားတတ္ပါတယ္.. အေပၚကေျပာခဲ.တဲ.အခ်က္ေတြနဲ. မေျပလည္ေသးဘူး ဆိုရင္ေတာ. သင္.ရဲ. Google Play Store App ကိုသာ Uninstall လုပ္ႀကည္.ပါ..။
⑤. Remove any Proxy or VPN softwareGoogle Play Store ကိုျပန္မ၀င္ခင္မွာ ကိုယ္. Device ထဲမွာ Run ထားတဲ.Proxy Server / Fake location /Hotspot Shield VPN အစရိွတဲ.ေဆာ.၀ဲလ္မ်ိဳးေတြကိုအရင္ Remove လုပ္ထားပါ..
⑥. Delete hosts file Rooted Device ေတြမွာဆိုရင္ေတာ.ေအာက္ပါအတိုင္းလုပ္ႀကည္.ပါ..Open file managerroot / system အစရိွတဲ.ဖိုင္ေတြကိုရွာပါ hosts.txt ဆိုတဲ.ဖိုင္ကို delete လုပ္ပါ..။
⑦. Factory Reset to your Deviceအေပၚကနည္းေတြအားလံုးနဲ.မွအဆင္မေျပဘူးဆိုရင္ေတာ.ဓါတ္ႀကမ္းတိုက္ကုဖို.ပဲရိွေတာ.တာေပါ.ေနာ္။သင္.ရဲ. Device ကို Factory Reset သာခ်ဖို.ပဲက်န္ပါေတာ.တယ္..။Factory Reset မခ်ခင္မွာ Device ကိုData ေတြအားလံုး Back up ယူထားဖို.ေတာ.မေမ.ပါနဲ႔ . . . . .

Sign in ပြန်လုပ်ပါ..။
